If you are not making money with Adsense you should read this post. Even if you are a small publisher, just started you blog you can still use different ways to monetize your blog.
Alternative ways to monetize your blog
Chitika – is a search keyword targeted ad server. It serves ads for visitors that find blogs through Google or other search engines.
Adbrite - like Google Adsense provides the common way of adding an html code to get ads. Adbrite has another interesting service of full-page ads that is shown in-between pages of your blog. Adbrite also serves inline ads in the form of keywords that are double-underlined on your site.
Kontera – provides in text advertising service. you add a piece of code and your visitors see double-underlined keywords. infolinks provides you plugins for WordPress plugin, Joomla and Drupal modules and blogger widget to let you easily integrate infolinks to your site.
Text Link Ads – (TLA) - is a good place to find advertisers for your blog. Most of us bloggers are not specialist in selling ads. TLA will provide you a flat rate per link in your site. As opposed to their vendors for selling ads they serve ads also in smaller sites.
infolinks - provides similar service to Kontera including inline text links and different CMS plugins (WordPress, Blogger etc.)
CLICKSOR - is great alternative for small publishers. Unlike a number of alternatives the cost per click bid values are high enough that you can earn a decent income. They are also, in my experience, much more tollerant than Google. You can serve as much ads as you want including in popups.
If you know/recommend another ads service please leave a comment.
